ELECTION PROCEDURAL OVERHAUL

Nothing we have done to this point or after will happen or even matter at all if we do not clean up our elections and ensure the most sacred responsibility the American People have, voting.

None of the following elections at any level will matter if we do not stop the corrupt and reckless practices currently in place in many different states.

The Constitution is clear on the matter of election organization and law:

Article 1 Section 4:

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by law make or alter such regulations, except as to the places of choosing Senators.

Since the Constitution clearly and concisely lays out the responsibility of election procedure and law to the states, we must work on both the federal level to pass legislation that creates minimum requirements for election integrity as it pertains to federal elections, as well as the state level to ensure safe secure election law is passed.

Let's be clear from the start, the below plan is laid out to be a guide and safeguard for all FEDERAL elections

This is not a plan to advocate for federal confiscation of elections, as that would be in direct opposition to what we believe, however it is a floor that all states should adhere to in order to guarantee the embarrassment of the previous election cycles never happen again and to restore faith in our democratic backbone to our constitutional republic.

Proposed requirements for all Federal Elections:

1.Any private company or holding, semi-private company or holding or public private partnership company or holding WILL NOT have any role or part in any aspect of a federal election. This will include but is not limited to:

  • Registering Voters

  • Maintaining, Recording or Updating Voter Roles

  • Recording, Tabulating or Adjudicating Votes

  • Reporting Vote Totals

2. All states MUST clear their voter rolls completely every 2 years.

3. All voter registrations must be completed and closed 1 week prior to the commencement of the early voting period set by the state.

4. Voter ID requirements for all ballots cast.

  • This shall include but is not limited to:

  • Physical ID presented at in person voting.

  • Proof of ID required for absentee ballot request.

5. Abolishment of all UNIVERSAL Mail in Ballots & drop boxes

6. Restricted use of Absentee Ballots to only:

  • Military

  • Displaced Individuals who can not change their residency.

  • Sick or infirmed who cannot physically present themselves to the polls to cast their ballot.

7. ALL states and districts must count their votes as they are received throughout early voting and election day.

8. ALL states and districts are REQUIRED to report their results NLT 6 hours after their polls close.

9. All vote counting must be performed in the presence of challengers from both parties.

10.All adjudicated Ballots must be agreed upon by both observers or that ballot is declared to be invalid.

11. The mandatory adjudication rate must be less than .01% of the total vote or an automatic forensic audit is triggered.

We must be clear here; these 11 guidelines are simply the federal requirements for national elections. The states and their legislatures hold the power to enact specific law based off these 11 guidelines, as long as the state’s law follows these guidelines, they are well within their rights to conduct the election process how they see fit.
